I've lost access to my Magic Leap ID. What should I do?

Lost, like really lost? Your Magic Leap ID can only be authenticated via the email address you used to create it. Unfortunately, we can't verify your access to the account if you've lost access to that email. Please contact our Customer Care team directly at 833-456-2442 if you wish to cancel your order or reservation. You can then create a new Magic Leap ID to place a new order. We are working on introducing account recovery options shortly.
