There are times in which our customers need to find their serial numbers to their Magic Leap Devices.
We offer them the ability to locate this information in the following ways.
- The boxes that our devices ship in, have the Serial number printed on the side of the box for easy access.
- Customers can remove the back pad on their devices to reveal a sticker with a QR code, their Serial Number and Model Number of their device.
- Customers can discover their serial on device by navigating to "Settings > Device > About"
