Hub computer connection troubleshooting.

Below are the steps required to verify the connectivity of the Magic Leap Hub and your computer.  

1. If available, connect another USB device to the same port that was attempted previously on the Magic Leap USB hub.

2. Ensure all USB drivers are updated on your computer.

3. Restart your computer to ensure all USB ports are released from their previous locked state.

4. Plug in your Magic Leap Hub into another computer to verify that the same results occur with the hub. 

5. Confirm the hub is connected to the charger and not your computer. Use the below image as reference:
