Below are the steps required to verify the connectivity of the Magic Leap Hub and your computer.
- If available, connect another USB device to the same port that was attempted previously on the Magic Leap USB hub
- Ensure all USB drivers are updated on your computer
- Restart your computer to ensure all USB ports are released from their previous locked state
- Plug in your Magic Leap Hub into another computer to verify that the same results occur with the hub
- Confirm the hub is connected to the charger and not your computer. Use the below image as reference:
