Some users may receive prompts to authenticate into their MLID continuously on their Magic Leap device while upgrading from older OS versions. This is due to the release of new account terms on your Magic Leap Identity Account that need to be accepted prior to continuing.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Open id.magicleap.com in a browser on a computer or mobile device.
- Accept the Account Terms and Conditions and click Onwards.
You should now be able to go back to your device and attempt to download the operating system update.
