The Device selection menu allows a user to pair multiple devices (up to 3) with a single PC and select which device is targeted by the DCA.
The File page of the DCA allows a user to manage on-device files: folder creation and management, file upload/download and naming, and file/folder sorting.
It also provides individual file information: file name, modified date/time, size, and permissions.
3rd Party subscribing apps can either upload files to their own on-device file directory or in the user documents folder.
