How to purchase the Extended Warranty?

Extended Warranty powered by Mulberry is a $250-350 value that is included* (*US only) with your Magic Leap 1 Enterprise Suite purchase or your Magic Leap 2 Enterprise Edition purchase. Please contact sales for details.

When does coverage begin?

Coverage begins the date of shipment but does not include defects in materials and workmanship until the manufacturer’s warranty expires. If a customer reaches out to Magic Leap directly to begin the claims process and Magic Leap determines that there is no relevant manufacturer’s warranty available, Magic Leap will engage Mulberry for resolution.

What happens after purchasing the Extended Warranty by Mulberry?

Once the customer has purchased the Extended Warranty by Mulberry, they will receive a welcome email from Mulberry that includes the details of their protection plan, as well as an activation link enabling them to create login credentials to access their dedicated customer account. From the customer account, customers can update their personal information, review coverage details, file claims, and transfer their plan..

How long does the activation link stay active?

The link stays active for 1 month from the time of purchase, after which, it expires. If a customer clicks on the activation link after expiration, they will automatically receive a new activation link via email.
