As of December 31, 2024 Magic Leap 1 is no longer supported. Magic Leap 1 will no longer receive OS updates or Care support. The Magic Leap 1 core functionality including the device and apps have reached the end-of-life. Also, the cloud services are no longer available. 

We encourage you to explore how Magic Leap 2 can best serve your needs and how you can engage with our ecosystem to build on existing work, innovate on our new Magic Leap 2 platform, and take advantage of enterprise features and services.

Return Policy

Magic Leap 1 authorized purchases ended December 31, 2022. The return process must have been initiated by January 13, 2023 in order to meet the 14 day return policy requirements.

Warranty Policy

Magic Leap 1 warranties on authorized purchases ended on or before December 31, 2024.
