System Settings are found in the "Settings" menu. From the "Settings" menu, scroll down and, using the trigger on your controller, select "System Info". These are system-wide settings, such as the device's language, the date/time, and how content is captured.
Languages
Select and add the languages your Magic Leap 2's user interface displays in. The default language is set to English. Use the "..." button in the upper right-hand corner of the Languages menu to remove languages. The first language in the list will dictate what language is shown in your device (so, if English is #1, your device's UI will be in English). Point your cursor over the "=" icon on the right of each language and hold the trigger on your controller to re-order languages in the list.

Date & Time
Adjust the date and time of the device manually, or choose to sync your device's date & time based on information provided by the current wireless network.
Use network-provided time
Toggle this on to automatically set the date and time based on where your wireless network is. So, if you're connected to Wi-Fi while in New York City on January 1st 2023 at 5:00pm, the time will be set to match the date, time, and timezone. While this feature is on, you cannot manually adjust the Date or Time. Timezone can still be manually changed.
Date
If you have disabled using network-provided time, you can manually adjust the date on your Magic Leap 2's system clock.
Time
If you have disabled using network-provided time, you can manually adjust the time date on your Magic Leap 2's system clock.
Time Format
Use locale default
Toggling this on will display the time based on the locale's standard. Some regions may use 24 hour time by default, others may use a 12 hour clock. Turning this on disables the ability to toggle on "Use 24-hour format".
Use 24-hour format
If you have toggled "Use locale default" off, toggling "Use 24-hour format" on will display the time in a 24 hour format, ie: 1:00 PM will be displayed as 13:00. Turn it off to use a 12-hour AM/PM format.
